I’m Karen Padley, an experienced, organised and highly motivated Virtual Assistant dedicated to providing tailored support whenever you need it. Experience

Corporate: I have many years of experience in a vital supporting role enhancing senior leaders’ productivity and effectiveness within the fast-paced advertising industry. Diary management, travel booking across multiple time-zones, scheduling, project support, end-to-end event coordination, research and meeting preparation have been some of the key elements of these roles, maintaining confidentiality and discretion throughout.

Education: My experience working with schools and colleges has been broad and diverse. What began as an administrational role grew to include coordination of the Jack Petchey Awards scheme, production of a termly magazine, providing additional PA support to the Principal, working with children and young people facing barriers to their learning, and training to a Level 3 Safeguarding standard, working closely with families and external agencies to keep students safe from physical and emotional harm. I have led on the management of an annual Careers Day, hosting universities, employers, gap year suppliers and speakers to provide a full and informative event for over 650 students.

Private Household: Working with a small team of private staff, often remotely, has involved managing the day-to-day operations of a family home, ensuring life runs smoothly and efficiently. My key responsibilities have included overseeing household staff, coordinating schedules and booking extensive travel. My skills lie in organisation, communication, problem-solving, planning events or special occasions. Overall, my role has been about creating a comfortable and functional living environment tailored to the needs and preferences of a family.
